A multi-year professional development programme run by the DIPF, funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
TransferForce trains early-career researchers across Germany to act as brokers in research-practice partnerships. The programme combines teaching the theoretical foundations with hands-on application in Transfer Workshops. In-person sessions at the DIPF in Frankfurt and online sessions with international experts lay the groundwork – from partnership structures and co-constructive research to making results visible and scaling them up. The Transfer Workshops support the systematic development and impact orientation of school partnerships within a nationwide community of practice.
