Testing in the Field
Participants have the opportunity to apply and test the foundational knowledge they have gained in real school partnerships.
Some participants bring their own school partnerships – the Transfer Workshops – into the programme, with a focus on addressing student diversity in the classroom and across the school, with the aim of developing them systematically. Other participants accompany these workshops as observers and advisers. Another aim of this component is to make the results from the workshops visible and prepare them for scaling up. The following formats support this applied learning:
- In-person sessions at the DIPF with peer consultation sessions
- Written and online feedback loops
- An interdisciplinary Mentoring Board made up of representatives from education administration, research and school practice
- Developing strategic plans
- Designing evaluations
