High Participation Intensity

As a Transfer Broker, you take part at the most intensive level of the programme and, with the programme's support, further develop your own school partnership.

Requirements: An established partnership with a school for the entire duration of the programme. The school partnership focuses on addressing student diversity in the classroom and across the school. The partnership may already exist or be in the process of being set up. You can apply individually or as a team of several researchers. If you do not yet have a partner school, we can help you establish contact through our existing practice networks (please contact dHJhbnNmZXJmb3JjZUBkaXBmLmRl).

What you contribute: Attendance at five in-person events at the DIPF in Frankfurt between February 2027 and June 2029, as well as six online sessions (including passing the knowledge quiz that follows each session). In addition, ongoing work in your Transfer Workshop – flexible in terms of time and place, but throughout the entire programme. You report on your work at the in-person events and to the Mentoring Board, and give feedback to other workshops. You develop a workshop product and contribute to the programme's publications. According to current estimates, the time commitment is around 220 hours (the final number of hours will be stated in your certificate of participation).

Costs: Participation is free of charge. For attending the in-person events, we provide a travel allowance in accordance with the Hessian Travel Expenses Act.

What you will achieve: A transfer product developed together with your partner school, reviewed by the Mentoring Board and published as an Open Educational Resource. In addition, the partnerships are supported and further developed using the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Logic Model. A joint publication on these processes, for example in the form of a handbook, is also planned. You will have access to all programme materials and resources via the members' area of the website. You will also receive the Transfer Broker certificate of participation and become part of a nationwide network (community of practice) that is intended to continue beyond the programme.

Around 30 places are available at this participation level.
