Mentoring Board
Research-Practice Partnerships in Germany often still need to prove themselves and their relevance. That is why we are setting up an interdisciplinary, nationwide Mentoring Board made up of representatives from education administration, school practice and research. The board advises the Transfer Workshops on practical relevance, scalability across the education system and impact. For education administration, we are looking for mentors from all levels: from local school authorities to the state and federal levels.
At the kick-off event in February 2027, each Networked Improvement Community (NIC) – a small network of Transfer Workshops with similar themes – will be assigned a lead mentor from the board. This person accompanies the NIC throughout the entire programme, provides written and online feedback and offers advice. In addition, the mentors help make the transfer products visible and develop ways to scale them up.
We will introduce the members of the board here as soon as they have been confirmed.
